In this role, you’ll need to:
- Be the ‘go-to’ person for questions and primary resource for all daily operations
- Have high-level organization skills to manage a wide range of responsibilities

- Manage basic accounting and financial reporting

About you:
- This is not an entry level position. 4-6 years minimum customer service and administration experience required, preferably for a small organization or start-up
- 2 years minimum experience with basic accounting and financial reporting
- Experience working in a team that produces and exceeds goals consistently
- Experience working with and supporting students, parents, and faculty
- The ability to advance the vision of the department
- Tons of energy, passion, humor, compassion, and enthusiasm
- Emotional intelligence and resiliency
- A powerful work ethic
- Superior communications skills
- Open to feedback, coaching, and support
- Facility with MS Office Suite, Google Apps, writing, and social media
- Music background and/or strong interest and passion in music and education
Required Education:
B.A. or B.S. degree (grad degree is a plus)
Hours:
Primary hours are 10:30AM – 7:00PM Tues – Friday. Saturday 8:30 AM – 4:30PM. Must be available for concerts, recitals, open houses, and special events.
