Class Description
This exciting new class focuses on the healthy development of the young voice within the context of a comprehensive music education. Great for beginners OR the Yamaha-trained student.
Students learn the foundations of:
- breathing, tone, placement, and diction
- sing developmentally appropriate repertoire,
- theory, sight singing, and ear training skills necessary for any aspiring young musician
Class Grouping- students are grouped according to age and training:
- beginners (less than 6 months / no training in piano (limited or no note reading ability)
- those with six months or more of piano (note reading ability)
- ages: JXC and YMC age (6 and up)
- class size: 8-10
- class day: Thurs @ 4:30 - 5:15 pm
- tuition: $22.00/ class
