Yamaha Music School of Boston Summer Music Camp & Lessons Schedule Announced
Innovative Camp and Guest Faculty Part of Yamaha Music School of Boston's Summer Programs

Yamaha Music School of Boston kicks off it's 2010 Summer Program on Monday, July 5th with a week-long morning day camp for children ages 4-8. Students
will work in a keyboard ensemble with Yamaha teachers Sarah Corrigan and Josh DelDotto, play in a drumming class with the founder of Rhythm Kids, Tom Foote, and have a yoga session designed for children.

Other classes for new and/or current students include a music appreciation class, Exploring the Orchestra: The Carnival of the Animals, a Children's Opera Workshop on the classic fairy tale Hansel and Gretel, and Take Off for Junior Music Course!, a 4-lesson introduction to the Yamaha method.
Classes open to current Yamaha students include Broadway Bound, taught by Susan Craft, the Keyboard Encounters Summer Workshop taught by Emily Murphy, individual keyboard/ piano lessons and a Yamaha Student Grade 9 Exam Workshop for advanced students.
